Indexing Wisconsin’s Minimum Wage – Increases
the state’s minimum wage from $6.50 to $7.25 and indexes it to inflation.

America Jobs Act – Requires contractual goods and services to State government be purchased from firms locally, within the state, or within the U.S., wherever possible.

Wage Protection Act – Put workers at the front of the line when back wages are owed after a plant closing.

Malinda’s Law – Makes employees of sales crews regular employees and not independent contractors.

Tax Exempt Unemployment Benefits – Current law allows for a partial exemption from taxation for unemployment compensation benefits. SCFL
